Since October 2025 Microsoft no longer supports Windows 10. It is highly recommended that you upgrade to Windows 11 as soon as possible to avoid any security vulnerabilities. We might be able to upgrade your existing system.  Call us on 01858 432495 or bring it to our workshop so we can advise you.  

To ensure there is no data left on the disc the drive needs to be securely erased & dismantled so that no data is recoverable. We offer a secure disposable service in house.  

There is not one fix for all slow computers. There could be a software issue or a hardware fault, the best thing to do would be to bring the computer to us to have a proper look and advise you on what can be done to improve its performance. 

For most people running a stand-alone computer we recommend not paying for 3rd party Antivirus as the built in Windows Defender is more than adequate. But for business users we advise on paying for additional cover, please contact us for more information.  

Depending on what component has caused your computer to stop working we may be able to get access to the data. If it is the hard disk drive which has failed, you would need to contact a specialist data recovery centre. Bring it to our workshop and we can advise you on your options.
